In Canton, Ohio, 32.4% live below the poverty level.

In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 26.7% live below the poverty level.

In Alturas, California, 29.3% live below the poverty level.

In Cleveland, Ohio, 35.9% live below the poverty level.
